20% toner life. This can take weeks to use. Consumables do not refreash service life or amount without powering down if changed before recommended. Change it at %2 life remaining and the machine refuses to refresh the Toner life even though the system knows when you have removed the cartidge. ">

Not viable for Enterprise use.
Save your budget for the 7655 or better.
Fax Card will not initialize after a power off, requires 2 or more "Quick Restarts"
CPU Fan fails so often our XeroX service tech has removed the fan completely. Now the machine with shut down randomly. The service call in centreoes not seem to mind this has been removed and have ignored numerous requests to reinstall a CPU fan.
Horrible alerts - You cannot change at what level the consumable alerts are sent at so anyone on the list receives messages starting at >20% toner life. This can take weeks to use.
