Crap. Prints quality is not great, and scanning has not worked consistently, ever. Instructions for setting up scanning to email or wireless scanning capabilities are insanely complex, out of date, and unhelpful. This is not a user-friendly printer, and does not deliver on its promise. Stay away, unless you want to pay this much just to have a printer and nothing else. Xerox failed miserably on this one, and our rep has been no help at all.

| Problems: Wireless scanning is ridiculously complex. Xerox tech guys came out and still couldn't get it going. They never came back. Miserable support, both in terms of documentation and ability to set up so that scanning works. All we've been able to do is print. |
