Bueno de inicio a mi me paso igual solo que yo quería configurar tamaño legal pero de igual forma me salia en tamaño carta y no me explicaba porque. El porque es que ella te hace el reconocimiento del tamaño del papel en la parte de alimentación de arriba entonces cuando le pones el papel del tamaño que necesitas en mi caso legal cuando yo se lo puse me fui a las opciones de copia / config. copia / tamaño de escaneado teniendo puesto el papel si me reconoció el tamaño hice la prueba y funciono, cuando yo le quite el tamaño y puse una carta no me aparecía la opción legal.
EN CONCLUSIÓN: la solución es que para que te reconozca el tamaño del papel tiene que estar puesto sino no lo reconoce. Espero hallas entendido esta pequeña explicación, porque si te funcionará. |
| Problems: mi problema ahora es otro no se porque no puedo scannear tengo un grave problema ella hace su funcion pero no proyecta en la pc la imagen que se esta scaneando y ya prove varias maneras y ninguna me soluciona |
