Crappy design but functionality is great if you look at the low price. If you want a perfect color laser printer, you won't find anything at this price-class. So if you bought this printer and you're not satisfied with it then it's not Samsung's fault, it's just because you're to greedy... |
| Problems: You have to avoid using wrong papers, else the printer wil be f***ed up... |

| You SOBs! What a crappy design. Who did you hire as engineers, and how can you market something that does not do as advertised? |
| Problems: Out of the box, run a couple of test pages, then run a color photo on approved glossy stock. The ink just slides off the paper inside the print mechanism, jamming up the entire works, and now another piece of paper is stuck inside where it cannot be reached. That is the engineering part: You should be able to get out any piece of paper stuck in a printer. It does not print glossy stock in spite of being promoted to work. My lowest choice is one star - I want negative stars! |
