| Extremely Poor Print Quality and Support |
| Problems: Constant bleeding, fading and blotches. did all the troubleshooting and in addition replaced all toner with new ones and still get the same problems. just fired off a 'thank you i'm never purchasing anything from Samsung' email to them. |

| Problems: Has major problems with printing letters, it squishes the letter, deforms it on one side, often jams the letter while pulling it from feeder... |

| The price is right. Under $200 CDN. Smells a bit when printing but does a nice job for the price. Good bye ink jet. |
