| This is the worst machine I have ever had the displeasure of using. |
| Problems: It takes anywhere from 2-10 attempts to grab paper for a fax or scan, resulting in "misfeeds" over and over and over again, where the top has to be opened to clear the "paper jam." About 1% of the time it has been able to complete a fax on the first try. The scan quality is also so awful that some things cannot even be read. We had to put up with it for over a week and it's added years to our life. |
