| I am also facing same kind of problame but they dont have any time to solve this my printer is install on 23/06/11 and from first day i am facing this kind of problames . I am helpless, I fill that i have taken a wrong decision by taken this printer,if possible i am going to sell this & take new one |

| I have lines on the print thats make unhappy. How could i solve this proplem in my printer and how can i adjust the heads to lose these lines wich appears on print? |
