| This printer is noisy, clumsy, limited and badly engineered. It is fine if you just want to pump out mass quantities of letter-size documents, although there is toner flaking, and occassionally it will just puke and you end up with endless pages with 2-3 lines of gobbledy-gook before you run out of paper. It does not handle custom sized paper. It is not good with textured letterhead. It is large and ugly. Every time it prints an envelope through the envelope feature (translate: expensive add-on) it bangs 5 times by design "to get the air out so that the envelope doesn't pucker". I have to keep a little ink jet printer to do things that this one refuses to do. I really hate this printer. |
