Dear Brother in-charge of Software
I bouhght this All-in-one Printer MFC-J410
It was very hard to get started by using wireless with
Router of Netgear N150 WNR 1000 v 3
My sugesstion
When we put in CD. I should click only 3 or 4 times.
Then my printer should work.
Right now first I have to make Printer ready.
Then use CD.
I would never have done myself.
It took lot of time of your people to get it working.
My conclusion.
I should click only 3 or 4 times .
By the way Logiteck has the best solution. To use wireless Key Board and mouse all I have
to do is to push the flash drive into USB port of the computer. That is all that is required.
Why Brothers cannot do it.
It will help both sides.
One your company. You save tons of money.
Secondly we as customers will be very happy.
