never had any problem with mine other then trying to find the network interface to hard wire it does anyone know where it is at |

Nothing but trouble... Bought from Fingerhut... I guess you get what you pay for. Didn\'t realize we were buying all this headache. Haven't gotten a full day of good printing out of it yet !!!

Problems: Ink pathway at cartridge fouled repeatedly with ink, WiFi difficult to set up, No selection in print properties to use ONLY the black cart and print in B&W (or if it IS there - difficult to find), utility software too resource hungry.
